General Terms:
The use of the marketplace platform and its related features is governed by the terms and policies mentioned herein, along with any additional notifications, updates, or communications shared with the seller.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, forming a valid and enforceable agreement between you and Boss Enterprises (parent company of The Boss Bazaar & here onwards, use of the words Boss Enterprises represents The Boss Bazaar for all means and purposes).
To begin selling on the platform, a seller must complete the registration process by providing valid details including name (individual or business), address, contact information, and tax registration details (GST, PAN, etc.).
Boss Enterprises reserves the right to reject, suspend, or discontinue services to any seller at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Only individuals or entities legally competent to enter into binding contracts as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may register as sellers.
Minors (below 18 years), insolvents, or persons otherwise incompetent to contract are not permitted to sell on the platform.
If registering as a business, you confirm that you are duly authorized to represent and bind the organization to these terms.
Sellers must ensure that all information provided during registration and later updates is accurate, complete, and current.
The seller is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Boss Enterprises reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account providing false or misleading details, or failing to comply with these terms.
By using the platform, you consent to receive communications from Boss Enterprises electronically, including emails, calls, SMS, or platform notifications.
All communications sent to you shall be deemed to have been received once transmitted.
Ownership, Logistics & Delivery:
Boss Enterprises acts solely as a platform facilitator to enable transactions between sellers and buyers and does not assume ownership or liability for the products sold.
The ownership of goods transfers to the buyer only upon successful delivery.
The seller must ensure accurate product weights and proper packaging for dispatch.
In case of discrepancy, the courier partner’s recorded weight will be considered final.
Any damage caused during shipping due to poor packaging shall be borne by the seller.
Sellers must provide applicable manufacturer or seller warranties.
Any defects, damages, or quality issues reported by customers must be resolved through replacement, repair, or full refund.
Sellers must include a valid and stamped warranty card, if applicable, in each shipment.
All customer complaints must be handled directly and promptly by the seller.
BOSS BAZAAR is dedicated to providing a reliable marketplace. Our Dispute Resolution Policy outlines seller responsibilities and complaint handling procedures.
Scope: This policy applies to all sellers on BOSS BAZAAR. By selling on our platform, sellers agree to comply with this policy as part of their contract.
Customer Complaints:
a. Handling Complaints: All customer complaints will be processed by our Customer Care Team. Customers will submit complaints via designated channels on our website.
b. Complaint Analysis: BOSS BAZAAR will evaluate complaints based on product descriptions, seller communication, customer feedback, and related information.
Determining Fault:
a. Findings: BOSS BAZAAR will inform sellers of the investigation outcome, detailing the customer complaint and evidence reviewed.
b. Criteria for Fault: Determining fault may involve assessing the accuracy of product listings, fulfillment delays, and the condition of received goods.
Remedies for Customers: If the seller is found at fault, the customer may receive:
i. Replacement: Provide an acceptable replacement item.
ii. Repair: Offer repairs at no extra cost.
iii. Full Refund: Issue a full refund, including shipping.
b. Response Timeframe: Sellers must respond within 24 hours, maximum 2 business days; non-compliance may incur penalties.
Appeals Process: Sellers may appeal decisions within 3 business days by providing a clear basis and supporting evidence. The ultimate decision about the next course of action will be of The Boss Bazaar.
Litigation & Legal Disputes: All litigation and legal matters are subject to Gurgaon, Haryana jurisdiction.
Compliance and Penalties:
a. Seller Obligations: Sellers must comply with BOSS BAZAAR’s resolutions and cover associated costs.
b. Non-Compliance Penalties: Consequences for non-compliance may include fees, account suspension, or legal action.
Please Note:
Sellers are strictly prohibited from engaging in collusive or fraudulent activities with customers.
Any malpractice may lead to penalties or legal action by Boss Enterprises.
This policy ensures BOSS BAZAAR maintains customer satisfaction while protecting seller interests, promoting a positive marketplace experience.
