Is my item eligible for a return?

Items are eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they meet certain criteria.

Policy for Return Qualification and Specific Scenarios:

  1. For a return to be considered, the product should be in its original packaging, unused, unopened, and sealed, accompanied by all original tags and labels.
  2. Should there be scenarios like a wrong item delivered, wrong quantity delivered, product in box damaged (while the shipping box is unharmed), or missing item in the order, customers need to get in touch with us promptly, providing images or videos of both the packing box and the product within 48 hours from the date of delivery. For such cases, the standard 7-day return policy does not apply.
  3. It is highly advised to create an unboxing video as supporting evidence to facilitate the resolution of the aforementioned claims proficiently.

 

What is the procedure if I receive a counterfeit product?

  1. At BossBazaar.com, we reassure our customers that we procure products solely from official, authorized, and certified distributors or sellers. This strict sourcing protocol ensures that all items featured on our platform are authentic, mitigating the possibility of counterfeit products.
  2. If there are any concerns regarding the authenticity of a product, customers can directly contact that particular brand's customer service team.
  3. Providing product images, batch numbers, or unique codes for verification purposes can aid in confirming the product's genuineness.

 

The Return Process

  1. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
  2. To initiate a return, please send pictures of the packaging and products to care@bossbazaar.com or contact us by phone at 02067265896 (available Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm).
  3. After your return request is approved, a designated courier partner will be assigned to collect the product from you.
  4. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipping procedure.
  5. Refunds will be issued after the product is received at our warehouse and a quality check has been completed. Please be aware that this process may take up to 2 weeks from the time the return is collected.

 

Cancellation Process

  1. Cancellation requests can be accommodated within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting us via email at care@bossbazaar.com or by calling us at 123456789.
  2. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5-10 working days to reflect in your account.

 

How will the refund be issued?

  1. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the bank account, credit/debit card, or payment source used within 5-10 business working days.
  2. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide bank account details to receive the refund.
  3. In the event of a cancellation, the refund will be issued through the original payment method.

 

Procedure for Replacing a Damaged Product

  1. Customers must report any damaged products to the company within 48 hours of order delivery.
  2. A damaged product image must be sent to care@bossbazaar.com as a mandatory step.
  3. Replacement items will only be shipped after the damaged product is returned to the Boss  Bazaar warehouse.
